  Absolutely terrible experience. I was delivered a fridge that was unusable for my rental apartment because of all the dents in it. The one I had seen in their showroom was perfect. I have just seen his reply and he is NOT telling the truth. Who would pay $800 for a fridge full of dents. I'd attach photos here of what I received if I could. Please note, my "representative" was the worker fixing the kitchen and when he asked about the missing rack for the freezer and the condition of the fridge. The delivery guys said they knew nothing as they were just delivering.

  Worst Custumer services ever... not qualified techniciens. If you missed those low review and rating you are in bad shape. Stay away if you care for you're hard earn money. They will charge for the first estimate (so far so good and kinda expected). Where it get ugly is some tech can't do the job and look/are really unprofessional (you might fall on the few good of the bunch tho) Russian roulette at play here. Afterward if anything went wrong do not expect the owner of this sleazy business to be ready to please you. They will most likely make you wait forever and hope you turn elsewhere for real help. Be warned 1.8 star does speak for itself. Do not even think it a good idea to give them a try. Again you are warned. This should be considered as a fair review as a past scammed unfortunate customer. Over $400 in bill nothing is fixed yet same issue with appliance came back, etc. Etc.
