  The auto-repair section receptionist, I think his name was David (sorry, I'm bad with names) hands down a Million Dollar Man! Most friendliest, professional and awesome person to assist an owner behind a counter. VW is lucky to have such examplary staff. Not only did he accomodate me as I was in a rush, he recommended me the best Italian sandwich in the area while I was waiting during lunch time. I was so happy and satisfied with his service, not only I brought him back his favorite Italian strawberry pie, but I brough a one for the entire department. Greatest dealership in Canada. I had my car serviced by an European gentleman, he was extremely knowledgeble and friendly. He allowed me back in the shop and took me through the entire process and showed me what he was doing, why it's good for the car, which products to use for maintenance etc. The director George was also very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Obviously this is where I'm buying my next car from. Amazing service VW. Das Auto, Das Service!
