Calling from Ontario I expected much more difficulty placing my order with the language issue but both girls sensed my difficulty in speaking French and they immediately switched to English. The order was a bit complicated but Maude took care of it. And the flowers are beautiful and fresh and have made a 102 year old lady very happy. Thank you again for your excellent service.
