  One word describes it all - Horrible!!! We placed the order as it was requested by the school - on May 24. We followed-up with them by e-mail and phone multiple times but were always told to wait since someone will get back to us. School requires my child to come wearing the uniform on August 25. Today is August 23 and I complained to the school direction regarding the situation. In 2 hours from this complain the school direction called me back and said that we should receive a memo today - to be able to go and pickup the order. I immediately called this supplier and the receptionist said that "the guy" is sending e-mails right now and in 2-3 hours I should receive something by e-mail, and to come tonight or tomorrow to receive the ordered uniform. Ah yes, they're closing at 17h00. Well, I think everyone forgot to respect my time, I also have the right to have a schedule and I also work till the evening. It is 11h00 now; 2-3 hours goes to 14h00. So I have to go and pickup the uniform between 14h00 and 17h00 (3h) or tomorrow during the day. It took Mega Design International Inc. 3 full months to prepare a small order, while giving me 1 day (and a half) to come and pickup it. They at least could extend their open hours due to this delay. Anyway, I'll sacrifice and I'll do my best to pick up the uniform before August 25th - probably by taking off from job - just to not screw-up my child's feelings for his day 1 at secondary school, but I'll put maximum effort at the school's parent committee and School Commission to exclude this supplier from any school supplier's list.

  Service is despicable! They don't answer calls or emails and when you do get through you get to speak to a man that is so rude and disrespectful. I was told by him today that parents are irresponsible and finally decide to wake up and order their child's uniform so it's not his problem that they are late. My daughters uniform was orders on time and it has still not arrived. They need another supplier with better service!
