  I'm now a regular customer and I absolutely love it. They ship really fast (I live in Montreal and I usually receive it the following day) and they have products you can't find in stores around here. Once the owner even took the time to call me because one of the product I bought was probably not suited for my degus (she had guessed from my orders I have degus)... which is really sweet of her (most shops wouldn't care) and she reimbursed me when I realized she was right. Some products seem to be out of stock for a long time though, which could be frustrating if you're specifically looking for it. But aside from that, I'm just really glad I found this shop.
