- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-16, by kiinass 12Waw I am sad to say this but today I had a really bad customer service at nespresso crescent. I usually love going to this place, because of the good service. However, this time I was really disappointed. Every time I went there the employees greet me and serve me coffee with my purchase. Today, nothing. Not even an eye contact when the employee said thank you. I just wanted to share my experience as a consumer. I hope next time will be better.
