- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-03-07, by Sam MallakWhen your cell phone is sent for repair under warranty and you are sent back to this store by customer support to replace the loaner phone that were sent to you not working, this store will deny you service and leave you without a replacement phone. They call this store the member lounge which is in this case means nothing. Very lousy service. I cancelled my contract and got service from Rogers.
